Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after submission.
• Production begins only after confirmation.

Deposit

• A 50% deposit is required to start production.

Nail Sizing

• Nail measurements are collected via WhatsApp after order confirmation.
• Please ensure measurements are accurate.

Processing Time

• Handmade production takes 7–10 business days.

Glue

• Nail glue is not included.
• It can be added separately during checkout.

Custom Designs

• Final pricing may vary depending on the design complexity and customization.
