Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged.
Refunds
- Refunds or replacements are provided after reviewing the issue.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made products.
- Incorrect nail measurements provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after production has started.
