Because every order is handmade and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in specific cases.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged.

Refunds

• Refunds or replacements are provided after reviewing the issue.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made products.
• Incorrect nail measurements provided by the customer.
• Change of mind after production has started.
